Our happy customers

For a pleasant stay

The cattery is well ventilated throughout the summer months and it is shaded from the hot sun. In the cooler winter months it is warm and cosy as it is also well sheltered from the elements. Our treble gate entry/exit system was designed with security in mind and will deter even the hardened escape artist.

All of our feline friends will receive a diet of dry (complete) food during their stay (as well as treats) if however your pet has special dietary needs or just simply likes their own food this can be catered for as we will be more than happy to serve this to them if provided. Our objective is to provide your pet with an interesting and stimulating vacation with us where playtimes and rest times are both of equal importance.

Whilst we endeavour to make your pets stay enjoyable and fun with us, there are a few small things you can provide to contribute immensely to their enjoyment and new surroundings.

Cats love their own home comforts so please feel free to bring along, bedding and baskets, toys, chews and a blanket with a smell from home! Their regular food is also very important, to be introduced to a different food may be upsetting for them and they may reject it. A cat that rejects their normal food may be an early sign of being unwell.

Anything else you think your cat will need or miss whilst you are away.

Cattery Refurbishment

The cattery and surrounding areas have undergone a complete refurbishment to include:

  • Heat resistant paint applied to roof.
  • Shade applied to walkway roof.
  • All individual doors refurbished.
  • New chain-link fitted to entrance and entrance door.
  • All plantation removed and all exposed walls rendered and painted.
  • Concreting to level all pathways.
  • Second security entrance door fitted.
  • All areas painted.
  • Music installed.
  • Insulation fitted to interior roof.

As you can see our refurbishment is extensive, efficient and modern.

Whilst we like to think we have covered all improvement areas we would welcome any changes or suggestion you may feel are appropriate. We welcome all feedback.

Check In

The best time to bring your pet to us is between 10.00 & 14.00 hours, this will ensure we have adequate time to settle them in and to relax after their journey to us. The first day/night can be difficult for new arrivals especially if they have not been left alone before, but this procedure will reduce any possible distress or homesickness they may experience.

Dog and Cats

This information will help us deal with any possible problems which may occur during their stay with us. Our policy is to treat the pet as if it were our own and we do not hesitate to in veterinary assistance should we consider it necessary. All vet bills will be added to the customer's account.

An emergency contact telephone number is to be left with us along with the name, address & telephone number of your current vet.
